It’s time to celebrate!

Join us at the 21c Museum Hotel-Durham for an exclusive screening of a documentary 40 years in the making, a spectacular journey through the decades of the pioneering and legendary DJ N.A.B.S.

This will not… be your typical doc. N.A.B.S Got Something To Say is filled with eye-catching graphics, vintage video footage, pictures, and audio recordings from over the years. The evening will have you entertained and inspired by the extraordinary life story of the Bull City native.

The event will include the “Back When It Was Rap” exhibit curated by N.A.B.S. Featuring a limited number of artifacts that have been collected and preserved for decades. These one-of-a-kind pieces include hand drawn flyers from the 1980’s, souvenirs from touring with Michael Jackson, and other items that have not been displayed to the public.

Fighting homelessness is a cause that is very close to N.A.B.S. In partnership with the local non-profit organization, Families Moving Forward, we will be collecting donations for items and goods to assist residents seeking permanent housing.  This immersive visual experience guarantees a night of excitement, culture, and creativity through sight, sound and soul.
